Have you ever been mentored... or done mentoring? Do you or have you done so from the goodness of your heart? Or out of the darkness of it?

I enjoyed this book and plan to give it to a young person whom I want to mentor. This book puts the corny on the corn... yet it is as straightforward and simple and understandable as such a book SHOULD be. For those of you who like "complicated", this is not the book.

But if you genuinely love others, you can appreciate this authors approach and style- and will be glad you've done this reading!
