Just before the BAD break up and the forming of BAD II, Mick completed the Sgt. Pepper cd we knew he had in him. Many tracks have not dated well, and sound like too much E in the control room, but others still burst with a neo psychadellic groove. Mixes well with Shuggie Otis and a hot day by the pool.
