I have been a megaman fan for quite some time now and wanted to get the series. Megaman 4 is my favorite and i still need to get used to the previous three. I didn't want to leave feedback until i was sure the game worked, and after lots of trying to make the game work i finally did it and it works wondrously

If you want to play a flawless game for the NES, then Mega Man 2 is your match. It is the golden gem that spawned many sequels. It has the perfect game play that you would not expect after playing the original Mega Man. It was huge step up from the original that made it one of the best sequels ever released in video game history


It is a platformer/action game where you control the boy robot, Mega Man. You are sent out on a quest to defeat the eight Robot Masters. Mega Man gains the signature weapon of each Robot Master after defeating him. The Robot Masters have weaknesses to the weapons of certain other Robot Masters; therefore, choosing the order in which the levels are played is a vital component of the game play. The stages are awesome, but the game play was not the reason why Mega Man 2 is one of the greatest games of all time.


The soundtrack is the best video game music ever composed for any game. The music in these levels are legendary and it is very close, if not the closest, to the top of the video game soundtrack world.

Mega Man 2 added its own conventions, which made it the base of the series. If you did not have the chance in your childhood to play this classic (and I am sorry for you), then go out there and get it somehow and play the masterpiece that will always have a place in the history books.

It's a classic game for a classic system. Every part of it is digitized excellence. If you have never played this game, you can not call yourself a gamer.

this game defines what mega man was on nes its a really fun and sometimes challenging platformer. old school gamers as well as new ones will be pleased with the game play. just a warning this game is not for people who have a short temper because you will be losing a lot and trying really hard to finish this game.

I think this one of the best maga mans out.its also not very hard or easy.this is a good game to collectand to play.

great older nitendo game. Brings us back to when we were all younger. Would reccomend for those who like the older video games.

The music the gameplay & the challenge all kick ass. Why? Cause I didnt have it! Metal Man Flash Man Bubble Man Quick Man Air Man Crash Man Wood Man & Heat Man await ya

This game is addictive. Difficult but well paced. Laden with platform-style puzzles and killer music.

I've been filling in my collection of NES games, grabbing ones that I've been trying to find at decent prices. I'm an avid collector of NES games and I'm glad I purchased this one (one of my favorites, Megaman 2) from here. There were many listed but most were in pretty poor condition. I will buy again, it looked nearly brand-new. Thanks :)

I first played Megaman 2 way back in 1989 when it first came out for the NES. My first impression was that this one of the best games ever. 20 years on it's still amazing. It has the elements of every great Megaman game: Great bosses, secrets, power-ups, and an incredible musical score for an 8-bit game. Megaman 2 is fun but it's a challenge to be sure. It's one of the most memorable games of all time for these reasons, and at the time it was a new thing to have a password system, which is great because you can't save your progress.

If you're reading this, obviously you don't know how revered this game is. This game is a must-have classic for all retro gamers and all fans of Megaman.

Megaman 2 is one of the best games for Nintendo of all time!! From the boss levels to the weaponry and the color schemes; this is a big jump for those of you who have played the previous title.
The only real flaw with this game is that once you have memorized the boss' patterns, replay value goes down slightly (unless you switch up the order in which you beat them or try doing it with ONLY the arm cannon.)
Otherwise, this is one of the best titles to own for NES and will give a lot of new-aged gamers of today a look back of what a real video game is and should be to this day; not just cool graphics, more cel shades, crazy gadgets etc.; you need something that makes you "work" for your reward!

Mega man is one of the best characters in all of nintendo and all of the games are a lot of fun to play

this game continued the legacy of Megaman. Still very hard, and very addicting. some updates, but still simple when compared to later edditions.

Classic game, with multiple bosses, skills and weapons to discover. Dozens of different maps, music, levels and enemies, this game was way ahead of its time.

got the game, its just as awesome as i remembered it. every mega man fan should own it. the game doesn't work as well as some of the other nintendo titles i have however, and takes a bit more tlc to get it to work.
