Decode Garbled Doctor Dictation

Slur, Slur, Garbled, Garbled! Why can't these doctors dictate clearly?! It seems the only phrase they clearly enunciate is "thank you" at the end of the dictation.
Ok, you're transcribing. Things are humming along. All of a sudden you hear what sounds like the doctor mumbling "decapitation of kidney." WHAT???
No way. That can't be--that doesn't fit. So now what are you going to do?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>> EASY!! Consult this book! <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<
Look up the main entry kidney and find the closest match that sounds like decapitation. An (abbreviated) list of kidney(s) entry would look similar to this:
kidney(s)
...
k. damage
k. damage > permanent
k. damage, progressive
k., decapsulation of <----------------------Problem Solved!!
k. development > fetal
k. dialysis
As you scan down the list, notice that decapsulation of kidney sounds phonetically similar to decapitation of kidney. Guess what? You've just solved the missing word problem!
This can save you hours of agonizing over what the missing word is!
+++++++ AN ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVE FOR MEDICAL TRANSCRIPTIONISTS!! +++++++
