I love it! It's fun, but some levels are hard, so put some cheat codes in, if you can. It's very realistic and has "Adrenaline" mode to wear you can see how a soldier felt in WWII. The multiplayer mode is awesome. You get to choose what kind of weapons you'd like, and whether you want to be an Allied or Axis character. If you buy or rent this, you won't be ripped off.

I am giving this a poor rating because the Lord's name is used in vain in the game. This was enough to completely ruin an otherwise good game for me.

Aside from that, the graphics were okay and the game plays through well. Unlike Rising Sun, there is no save points which can be very annoying when you spend 30-40+ minutes on a mission just to have to replay it (especially the last mission).

One of the new features in the game is "adrenaline." It offers brief invincibility, unlimited ammo, and more enemy damage, but it seemed pretty much useless for most parts of the game. Another new feature is the ability to walk through your squad members instead of having to push them out of the way. Although this can be helpful, if you both occupy the same spot they can block your view.

One of the most popular complaints would be the AI of your squad members. They don't listen well to what you direct them to do and will run right in the middle of gunfire. This is annoying since they are helpful in the game but you don't want to waste all your medkits trying to keep them alive.

Basically it's not a whole lot different from the rest of the Medal of Honor games. It does seem a little harder then the other games in the MOH series and this was the first time I can remember seeing cut scenes that have actual WWII footage in them.

I would not have bought this game, or any similar game, if I knew the game characters were going to use Jesus's name in vain, though.

It is a really fun WWII game but it was really easy to beat and the multi player isn't as good as the previous medal of honor multi player forms.

Great game to keep you coming back for more...

My kids love this game. It is definitely exciting and keeps them on the edge of their seat. I bought this game for my oldest sons birthday and he absolutely loves it. Not only does he love it, but my daughters and my youngest son loves it as well. There is very little to no blood and guts or anything like that. There are a few mild bad words, but nothing our kids haven't heard I am sure. I was skeptical about buying the game at first, but I watched them play the game and it is alot of fun and suitable enough for their ages.

This is a very fun game. It has excellent graphics and extremely well game play!!!!! If you like Medal of Honor Games or any war game for that matter this is a must buy!!!!! The only thing complaint i have about it is that it doesn't have a co-op mode, it only has multiplayer. But, besides that i don't have a single regret.

The game is okay but not many cheat codes are available. The game itself is not bad though overall.

My son wanted this item(New or used). I went to ebay because I shop there and there it was. I got it cheaper and in perfect condition. Still spending time together father and son trying to beat the game.

This is an excellent first person shooter for the Gamecube. It puts you in the shoes of WWII soldiers while controlling a squad of soldiers. There is also multiplayer up to 4 people so if you enjoy shooting your friends this is a good game for that.

  MOH -- the BEST
Review created: 03/26/08

I bought this game because, well, Medal of Honor games are just fantastic!!!
I have the other two, the first one is not great, but the second.... that is another story! The missions and the stury line are incredible. All I have heard and read about this european aussalt game will make the other two pale in comparison!!

  Overall Good Game
Review created: 09/22/07
by:

This is an overall good game but the multiplayer on it is definately not as good as the other medal of honors before it. The game is easy to beat for the experienced gamer and there aren't many characters to choose from in multiplayer. The one player is good, you can hide behind objects or walls and look out to fire from a safe spot. There is also adrenaline which gives you unlimited ammo and invincibilty for a while. You have three people to help you almost every level. They don't help much but make the game a little more challenging when you try to keep them alive to be rewarded with more medical packs at the end of a level. If you love Medal of Honor games and are ecstastic about them then go ahead buy this game. But if this is your first time playing medal of honor or are looking for another this game isn't the greatest one to get.

Hard to get game because the company stopped making it!
Review created: 02/23/07
by:

A friend lent me their copy and I was hooked. I wanted a copy for myself but found out the company stopped making it for my system. So I wanted a copy before they were all snatched up. Its a fun game with a historical basis, a good interactive teaching tool. It is based on actual events and that made it all the more realistic. As for gameplay, it plays well in one player mode. Two or more players and it becomes a bit confusing. Overall, it is a very good game, based in actual events during World War II (missions are over embellished, but realism is there), and is a good tool to teach young teens about history and the realities of war. A++++++++++ Game. A must have for any first person shooter fans.

Medal of Honor: European Assault (GameCube)
Review created: 10/02/06

This is the third Medal of Honor game I have bought, and they just keep getting better. This one can be quite difficult and challenging the farther along you get. The graphics and sound effects are pretty awesome as well. Crank up the surround sound and you feel just like you are in the battle field
