McHale's Navy - Season One, Vol. 1 (DVD, 2008)

I remember watching this show when I was a kid and waited and searched for it to come out on DVD as the rest of the shows I enjoyed as a kid have done. Leave it to eBay to be the place I find it. I sat with my family and we watched them together, my kids seemed to laugh and enjoy them as much as I did. It was nice to watch the crew of PT73 again, Tim Conway has always cracked me up, and Carl Balantine (Gruber) still can't do magic tricks. This was a real treat. Definitely worth buying if your a Navy man or not.

The whole series is nothing but the best of classic TV from the 1960's. However, don't even attempt to buy this set from Moviemars, or you will get ripped off.

a great walk down memory lane. excellant quality. i wanted to have this copy to remind me of my youth. this dvd really delivers.
