Maximum Yoga and Pilates - Deluxe Box Set (DVD, 2007, Multi-Disc Set)

The meditative aspect of this Yoga program is a little intense for me. I am strictly looking for gaining strength and not mediating for 15 minutes prior to the positions. After fast forwarding past that part, the rest of the DVD is great is helping me feel the burn is muscles I didn't know I had!

This set is an excellent buy for people just getting into yoga and pilates. It goes into the exercises step by step, and talks you through breathing. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve flexibility, core strength, and overall well being.

Just what I needed. The best of Pilates and Yoga in one box. Simple and easy to use. Can use whenever I want and no need to be on a schedule with the gym. Thank you I'm sure it will go to good use.

My wife and I had introductory to Yoga and felt it would be a good way to work out.
After searching Ebay, I found an introductory program to both Yoga and Pilates. It was reasonably priced and I bought it.
It turned out to meet exactly, the expectations I had for it.
The DVD's arrived shortly after ordering and we're happy with them.

IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED AND WAS FAIRLY PRICED. IT DIDN'T TAKE TOO LONG TO RECEIVE THE ITEM. IT WAS EXACLY AS ADVERTISED.

there are 2 discs each for pilates and yoga, one for beginners and the other intermediate level. i like that i can develop through with the discs. i've never done yoga and i'm looking forward to finally trying it while i'm holed up in central asia for the winter!

This is a very good instructional Yoga and Pilates DVD. YOu can work out at a good pace and feel good about the workout. Glad that I purchased this!

this product rocks! a great combo of everything and at all levels! very impressed.I never would have thought i could go through a whole dvd of this stuff but these movies are fun and very motivating! BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!
