I liked the book because I'd read it once previously and had lost a lot unwanted body fat. I recently had a baby and wanted to read the book again.

) This was a great savings.A friend pointed it out in a store and I told my friend "I will find that on Ebay and it will be a better buy".Soon as I got home I got on Ebay and found it right away.It arrived faster than expected.I bought it for my daughter.After reading it she began to follow the advice and was so pleased when she began to see results.She has a slow metabolism and this book has helped her to begin losing weight and to feel much better. We have finally found something that works.We recommend it highly.
