Matilda is a wonderful movie for the whole family. Mara Wilson is a sweet little actress, she´s a beautiful little girl. Matilda is wonderful! :-)

This is a movie that can be watched over and over and truly enjoyed! There are times I think in all of our lives that we don't feel loved by our parents. They don't play with us or even pay attention to us and then an adult comes along we admire and think what if that were my parent how much better life would be. I decided to buy this cause my girls and I watched it when it first came out and so enjoyed it so I reciently bought if for my grandson he watched it over the weekend 2 times and just loved it! It is truly good for any age to watch!

GREAT FAMILY MOVIE, WE HAVE RENTED IT MANY TIMES, ALWAYS A GOOD LAUGH WITH A HAPPY ENDING. DECIDED TO PURCHASE IT AND ADD IT TO OUR FAMILY VIDEO COLLECTION,

Based off the children's storybook, "Matilda" is a story about a girl who's adopted into a careless family and the storyline elevates throughout her life as a child which includes many funny, crazy, and exciting moments. This is definitely a must see for all families who'd like to microwave a hot bag of popcorn, sit back, and relax on a Friday night whilst watching a great movie. And that great movie, my friends, shall certainly be "Matilda". If you're looking for a wonderful comedy "Matilda" should be the one you're looking for. I can assure you that you and your family will be satisfied with this film!

The characters in this movie are expertly cast and portrayed. Better choices might have been made but I have not the foggiest idea of anyone who could have done better. The story line was out there a ways but the characters presented it perfectly. I don't remember any point where I thought about turning away. Another interesting point is that I have known people who "were" these characters over the last 60 years but were not actors. They were real people who the characters in this movie matched closely. Even Matildas part. Sometimes more than one person. Sometimes I wass briefly distracted by this.

My grandkids love Matilda and watch it all the time. They had lost theirs
while we were doing yardsale stuff. I looked on E-Bay for one and found it.
I bought it because it was new and at a very good price. Even with the shipping and handling fee, it was still a great buy. The movie was just what they said it would be. We went on vacation and the kids took Matilda with them.
I know the 5yr. old watched it 7 or more times. Thanks for the great deal. I will buy from this dealer again. Barbara

Really fun movie fun for kids and adults alike..The kind of movie you can wattch over and over again!

This is a very cute movie. My daughter absolutely loves it. I have had to purchase it twice so far because she watches it so much. It is about a little girl who does not receive any attention or the love she needs from her mother and father who by the way are very funny. Matilda grows up way too fast for her little age but discovers secret powers she has and uses them to teach people lessons when they do not behave in ways they should. Matilda falls in love with her teacher and they become very close. The story holds some good learning lessons for children of all ages and parents too. The ending is a very good one. This is a must see for everyone.

I LIKED THE CHEAP PRICE BUT PEOPLE TEND TO CHARGE A LOT MORE FOR SHIPPING THAN WHAT IT WOULD NORMALLY COST

This is one of my all time favorite movies--even as an adult. My kids even love it (ages 11, 10, and 6). This is what I would call a "feel good" movie. I bought it today on Ebay just so I have a DVD of it to take on vacation this summer. I could Watch this movie over and over and never get sick of it.

Matilda is one of the best family movies for all ages. My children are only six years old and I put this movie one just to calm them down, they watch it now almost once a week. Danny Devito and Rhea Pearlman mimic life as a married couple with two children, one, Matilda, is exceptional. In addition to the wonderful story line, the actors and actresses portray exceptional acting ability, especially, the wicked school principal. I love this movie and recommend it to everyone!

I bought this DVD 3 months ago and my kids love it. They keep asking to see it over and over. The adults love it too. Danny devito gives a stellar performance as Mr. Wormwood crooked car salesman.

My girlfriend loves this movie and I got it for her. It's very entertaining, fun. It's imaginative. For less than ten bucks its definitely worth the buy.

this is a very light hearted movie geared towards a younger/Family viewing audience but I found the movie to be entertaining and I'm 43... Danny DeVito and Rhea Perlman do an outstanding job as a set of wrapping up in their own lives parents letting Mara Wilson explore a magical world

This is my daughter's and my favorite children's movie. Adult enough for me to enjoy as well. Just overall great movie.

This movie was hard to find in the stores.I found ,it bought it,all on E bay,and the kids love it.The service was very good,and the seller wasin contact all through the sale.
