
Not a satisfied customer
I would love to describe my purchased item, but the problem is that I never received it. I am very dissapointed with not only the seller of the item but also half.com. This is the second time within the past year or so that I have had issues with my purchases. I am very upset and I refuse to purchase anything else from half.com. I hope this issue is resolved in a prompt matter but I am anticipating that I will not be refunded my $80 nor will I ever see the book that I had purchased. I thought half.com allowed customers a sense of security/safety. I am sad to say that I am very unsatisfied with this occurrence and the untimely matter of solving the problem at hand. Hopefully I will here from someone shortly, I am not counting on it. I refuse to purchase any item again from half.com.
