Math 1 by Nancy Larson (1994, Paperback, Package)

I sent a check for purchase. Reasonable times passed for item to have been received. So I emailed the buyer that I would be stopping payment due to no purchase. They responded that they FINALLY received my check and I then responded to not cash my check and cancel. I then proceeded to look elsewhere for this product. I wasn't able to get it at a few places because of back order and I need it to home school my child. I contacted them again and asked them to send back my check and I would on the 9th of December I would put money into paypal and I will purchase that way. After that I checked my account on Ebay and they put a strike against my account but in the mean time they emailed my personal email and said that they cashed the check (after I advised them not to) and they are waiting for the check to be returned. I then wrote them that I still wanted to puchase this but only if they remove the strike. They should not have sent the check through after I advised them early on not too!!! I am waiting for the strike to be removed and for them to respond again. So I am not giving a poor review based on the product itself but by the company conduct.
