Mastering Life's Energies by Maria Nemeth (2007, Paperback)

Wow! I'd heard an audio recording by Maria (on her other book, "The Energy of Money") and bought this book more because the title caught my interest. Boy, am I glad I did! I probably recommended it to 15 people before I finished half of it! Marie "breaks down" the whole process of getting an idea, going through the "trouble at the border" and then accomplishing the goals with grace, ease, focus and clarity. Now, who wouldn't want more of that?!

The author has an amazing way of taking complex ideas, simplifying them and making them easily understood. She give a few exercises, all of which are 1) easy to do and 2) completely helpful in taking the concepts in the book and putting them to work for the reader NOW.

Her later chapters on what to do and how to navigate the "waters" when things aren't going as planned or when things are changing (which is like all the time!) are the BEST explanation I've yet heard or read to date. Maria's wisdom is practical, helpful, easy to understand and apply. Two thumbs up for sure!
