The Mason Jar Cookie Cookbook by Lonnette Parks (2002, Paperback, Illustrated)

I collect Mason jars (old and new) and always end up with duplicate jars and boxes of extras stacked in my garage. I was looking for craft ideas to get some use out of them, and came across this book. It's a super cute paperback book that is adorable for any kitchen book collection. The cover is bright and fun. It is 135 pages full of mason jar cookie mixes, jar decorating ideas, tips and tricks. Recipes are straightforward and simple, even for people who are the most novice of cooks (that would be me!). There are no pictures of finished jars or recipes in the book (except for the cover), which I think would have been nice to add, but that is really the only minor complaint I have. Overall, I enjoy using and reading this book, and highly recommend it to others.
