The Masala Bhangra Workout - Vol. 2: Hip Hop Style (DVD, 2004)

I really like the workout. I have vol. 1 and 2. I like 2 much more. It is more fun. Both have small editing errors, most workout videos do, but vol. 1 has a few too many.

Masala Bhangra is a fun energizing dance routine that gets you sweating. I had watched it on Fit TV and wanted my own DVD.

I saw Sarina Jain on the Today show awhile back and have wanted to try this workout ever since. It is a little fast paced but the workout is broken down in the beginning showing every step. Overall it is a fun workout with an enthusiastic leader. The group helps urge you to finish the tough workout.

Love the music, and love to dance for my workout, but then again I'am Greek. You have great service, very fast. And dancing and exercizing at the same time is fun and it goes faster.I watch the show on exercize with the stars, it look like fun and not to hard, i figure i can do this, and like it enough to keep doing it.

I purchased this after seeing it on fit tv and loved this lady. unfortunately this was a bad transaction. I paid right away and had to wait one whole month for them to tell me they were "back ordered" before they refunded me my money. I was disapointed because I was waiting so long for it and nothing came??
