Decent, but takes some work

There are a lot of moves on this DVD... the only real problem is that she doesn't teach you how to do them! She does, however, repeat each move at least 3 times so you can (hopefully) start to get the hang of it before she moves on to the next. The rewind button will be your best friend until you learn how to do the moves, but once you have the hang of them, it is nice that she just goes straight through the workout without slowing down to explain each and every little thing. The dancers are very energetic (you have to be for bhangra) and the music is fun although some might find its repetitiveness boring or annoying after a while. The video/sound quality is not top notch, but more than sufficient.
Bottom line: be prepared to pause and rewind while trying to figure out where all your hands and feet should be going when learning new moves. Constant shoulder and foot movement keeps your heart rate up. It's the best "teach yourself bhangra" DVD I've found so far.
