Mary Hunt's Debt-Proof Living by Mary Hunt (1999, Paperback)

Mary Hunt is very real. Her examples are straight forward and you don't need to be an accountant or money wise to understand her guide. She is also very motivating. One example she points out is people that aren't in debt but living paycheck to paycheck (me) and how that type of person can avoid debt. I have applied her guide to my money and have seen progress of saving for my goals AND the unexpected. Her website is also very enlightening.

The book was just as I expected. Have been getting e-mails for some time. Truthfrul from the begining about why she wrote/started business. It is solid good advise. But if you have good common sense, you could figure out 1/2 of it with out the book. Some of the odd tips give you something new to thinke about. Simple read.

It help me stay with in my range and not depend on Credit Cards all time to get me through the month.
Had some really good advice in it for anyone who is on a tight budget.

This is a good informational book with practical approach to getting rid of your debt and making it stay away. It's very helpful and I mix it with my own methods to get rid of debt.
