I traded this book via an online trading group PBS and have found it to be an indispensable resource for home remodeling, decorating, and craft ideas.
As a cherry lover (with subsequent cherry themed kitchen) I found MAry Engelbreit years ago - yet veered from the cutesy style she has come to personify. THIS BOOK IS DIFFERENT! A must for any Do-It-Yourself Modern Day crafter. The language is clear and the directions concise. The projects do not have to suit you - what I've found as invaluable is the methods shared and the ease of tailoring the simple steps to your own project.
Mary Engelbreit's Home Companion is a MUST for every crafters library! I have bought additional copies for my mother and friends - I refuse to lend my personal copy out for fear of losing it! YOU WILL LOVE THIS TITLE!
