Picked this book up on a whim after reading a review that said you could get this book and craft inexpensively by altering items picked up at garage sales.
Very true, this book has some very cute ideas. Not expensive to execute, no expensive supplies to get. The ideas are organized by season, 3-4 ideas per searon and make very cute hostess gifts or pick me ups for the house. You don't need to be Picasso to end up with a cute item. Very well written instructions. I loved the Easter eggs with character, not just painted but embellished. The only thing is I wish there were more ideas!

I am very glad I found this particular issue of Mary Engelbreit's as I am one of her huge fans. Her drawings & words are so delightful & encouraging. I it a real treasure all in one volume.
