Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes (PlayStation 2, 2002)

Pros:

- Fast paced
- Flashy super moves
- 3 characters per team
- Up to 6 characters on the screen at a time
- Combo system allows for many consecutive hits
- Tons of levels and characters to unlock
- Great cast of characters
- Single player mode will keep you entertained for hours, day, weeks, and possibly even months.
- Two player mode will keep you entertained for years!

Cons:
- The character select screen has one annoying song that constantly loops itself
- The PlayStation 2 version of this game is not as good as the Dreamcast version. The Dreamcast version feels much more like the arcade version than the PlayStation 2 version. It is a very noticeable difference to me. I believe this is because Marvel vs. Capcom 2 on the arcade uses the Sega Naomi board. The Sega Naomi board is essentially a Dreamcast system, but with twice as much system and video memory, and four times as much sound memory. I assume it was easier to port this game to the Dreamcast than it was to port it to the PlayStation 2.
