Overall, I am enjoying the series. The photography is good, the wildlife scenes are very good but the commentary by Marty Stouffer is dated and shallow. While there is a lot of good information on each animal showcased, there is a fair amount of misrepresentation and "Disney" style humanizing of wild creatures and typical PBS naivety. I guess you have to pay the piper. I can tollerate the narritive because there are just not that many good wildlife DVDs.

THEY ARE GOOD CLEARE DVD'S. WE FEEL ILKE WE ARE AT THE MOVIES. THESE DVD'S CAME IN A TIMELY ORDER AND ARE JUST LIKE THEY WERE DESCRIBED, THEY ARE VERY EDUCATIONAL FOR MY GRANDCHILDRE, CHILREN AND ALL THE FAMILY.

great DVD collection! I grew up watching this show and since watching the show on the DVD's.
I remembered how great a show it was!

I love wildlife, and what you can see on those dvd's it's umbelieveble. You can lieve a life in the woods and still not see all that stuff. What can I say. Priceless. Two guys that spent theyr lifes to bring as incredible footages Marty Stouffer and Jaque Yve Cousteau. God bless them both.

I bought these DVDs for my son. He loves them and so does my daughter. Very educational!!! Helps them learn about animals they have seen or heard of and animals they never have seen or heard of.

The DVD's are great! Excellent coverage, very entertaining. My husband has been watching commercials on TV to buy each season individually. Didn't want to wait for the monthly delivery. We got the whole series in a week through ebay, rather than a whole year through TV. And at half the price to boot!!!

It's hard to write a review when you keep ordering the product, but never get it even though the site says they have it in stock.

The DVD collection was for a family member who is extremely pleased with it. I received the product in enough time for Christmas. I'm very pleased with the product and the seller.

great footage. i watched them as a kid and loved them. i'm a hunter. i got em for Christmas and was really disapionted. when i was young i didn't realize he was such an antihunter. i didn't even know there was such a thing as an anti. i thought we all hunted. i wuold not have bought them if i would have known. the footage is great, he's just a little misimformed. watch the video but turn the sound down..

Just plain, a good family show, that is not only Educational but Interesting and fun. I bought it because as a child I used to watch this show every Sunday with my Father, and am happy to be able to do the same thing with my children Today.
