Once again Martha has done 'A Good Thing,' and she wrote this book. 10 essential guidelines for achieving success is not only a useful tool when considering starting a small business, it is a great book for the on-line internet retailer or more importantly, the online ebay store seller. Touching on how to make customer service the Number #1 object of your business, and how to create a quality product. Martha gives examples of real life success stories, and how to evaluate yourself, your business, and your 'Big Idea'. Definitely a must-have for the library of the on-line entrepreneur in my opinion.

As you might expect, Martha Stewart makes this book a valuable and elegant endezvor. Completely relevant to starting a business or online business. Focus on the customer is the cornerstone that all her principles are founded on. Giving the cutomer 'more' is the concept to take away.

I am an entrepreneur by nature and trade and I love being able to get information and opinions from other entrep's that have made it or not made it and why. What took her there? What drove her? How does she stay motivated?Etc.....I am a huge Martha fan for many reasons, she is a great business woman and she has allowed America to value and appreciate the womans domestic role. Making it cool to cook, be crafty and to see the beauty in entertaining.

I bought this book because I want to know what her recipe to success, and after I read that book make me more admired how she did to improve life and efficiency. That book is easy to understaand , practical in business . I am so glad to have that book. And I am waiting for her next book.

I do not have my own business, but I bought this book thinking perhaps I could use Martha's observations on how to succeed in my own personal day-to-day existence. I figure if conducting yourself in a certain manner, whether it's about business or your daily life, following Martha's common-sense approach to it couldn't be wrong. Any fan of Martha's, or anyone who just wants to improve their life, should get this book. My highest recommendations.

This book goes inside Martha's life and she talks about her successes and failures along the way. She also includes sotries of other successful people that have crossed her path and how they got to where they are today. I thought it was quite insirational.

my sister is a freak like martha. and she loves everything about martha's life. she also is a big baker. so anything martha i buy for her. i know she'll love it and it's a cheap easy christmas present alongside a bunch of too expensive ones.

Martha Stewart has compiled a lot of valuable information into a easy-to-read book. This is a "good thing". I have found it inspirational and motivating.
Couldn't find anything to dislike about the text. I purchased the book to learn about starting and running a business, Martha's rule are straight to the point and she provides real-life examples to demonstrate how they work. A+++ book.
