Well written True Crime story of Privilege, Marraige and Murder. A Young mother is killed by the perfect husband. The author takes a domestic tragedy and reveals every nuance so we see the anatomy of a murder and it's chilling aftermath. The author met the woman and shared many of the same friends. With a large series of interviews and papers she was able to re-create the nuances of the marriage.

Shiela Weller always manages to get the interviews with the people who have previously been unwilling to talk, her research is vast and detailed. This is the engrossing story of a woman who continually played games with her inner voices, and resisted all the instincts that might have ultimately saved her life.
