the book contains very practical advice that most likely works if you apply it - i use it in my counseling practice and the clients that apply the principle EVENTUALLY see a difference - there is no quick fix for marital problems unfortunately - this book is no exception - if you are ready to try something different and ready to commit to it this book may be helpful to you - i like that it is solution oriented and does not focus on long standing problems (a problem that traditional marital counseling has) -

This book makes a lot of sense. It is well written and a breeze to read. The program is excellent. Any marriage can use a little fitness, i encourage this selection!!!

I was originally skeptical. I have read every book under the sun. I have tried everything! But its always by myself. My husband does not like to read and he hates counseling from past experiences. We have been together for 23 years. I was searching the internet and came across this book. My husband is very picky when it comes to taking advice. Especially from women...he thinks they do not understand men. Well, when I saw Mort on the cover of this book I was thinking...this might be it. I ordered it and gave it to my husband....he is half way through reading it...it's like a miracle...he loves the book. He highlights things he wants me to read. Our house is so much better since this book. I am so happy I got it.
This book really works! Until now I have never been able to say that about anything. Thank you Mort!
