expensive for a paperback but as good as the new version. Good examples and clear. Some things could be changed about it but thats why theu always come out with new versions.

This product was for a class that I have. It is a good textbook for marketing and I am learning a lot from reading it. The book is in great shape, no pages missing or writing in the book. I reccommend it for any student.

I bought this book for a college class and I thought that it was a pretty good book. The only thing I found disappointing is the quality of the binding. Its poorly put together in my opinion.

The product was not what was stated as being sold. I was not able to use the book for school. I emailed the seller twice with no response to either one of them. The product that was sent was not only a different book (with a completly different ISBN), but the book was so damaged that even if it was the correct book it was damaged.

I can't give any reviews other than this is the book that my brother needed and it's got the exact material he needed.

The seller said: "two weeks shipping money back guarantee" when i bought the book; however, it has been 5 weeks and i hear nothing about it. If the seller is reading this comment, please give me a reason why he/she broke the promise.

This is a good edition, although I am sure that there will be a new edition in about a year or two. This book should satisfy any of you intro to marketing questions.
