I bought this book for my daughter. She is using this book for her college marketing class. The book was shipped quickly and in good condition. It arrived ahead of scheduled and allowed her complete her studies on time.

The book is in really good condition free of marks. The price was very good compared to the prices at my campus book store.

I got just what I ordered in a timely manner. Very Happy, amd I would order from them again. I recommend them as dependable.

The textbook condition was little worse than I had expected from the description, but I got it for such a low price that I wasn't all that surprised. It shipped quickly and it was the hardback US edition in the picture.

I am not a bit satisfied with my purchase from this vendor. I ordered a text book for my granddaughter. The picture of the book, its description & ID number were correct according to her professor & the description on ebay. I received the book & on the front was printed "Not for Sale in the United States." It is not the correct book & I have had NO luck getting satisfaction from the vendor. The book came from Singapore so I don't have much hope that I will get a full refund that I feel that I am due. I would not recommend this vendor to others as I do not feel that they can be trusted to deliver the goods they describe.

Book was cheaper than other places i looked and i was offered but not granted expedited shipping. Book is informational however i doubt i needed it for the class.

We bought this book for my daughter to use in a college course. She is very happy with the book, loves that she was able to purchase it for much less than the school book store had it for, and that it was new! She is currently in the class, and has learned a lot already in just a couple weeks. The book is very informative and reviews as you go along. The hardest thing in this beginning time for her has been to learn the correct terms, as is taught in the beginning, but with that said, the rest is falling into place. We think the book is great.

Really good book ..goes into alot of detail and is very easy to follow. I have the worst teacher for marketing but this book has taught me so much that my teacher could never, because of this book im way ahead of the rest of the class.

The book was used but in great condition. There were no blemishes, no missing pages. The binding was somewhat falling off slightly, but that was not a major concern. Exact content as a new book. Fast shipping.
