) This book is in excellent condition, no frayed or bent pages, It may have been used, but i you cant really tell. The pages are crisp. Im using this book for a "Marketing for Managers" course in my undergrad Business Degree, and so far its been great to me, it sure as Hell beats paying $163.00 in the College book store!!...that would have been a complete rip off
