It's a great marketing resource. Very clear, good graphics. I bought it for school and it got me through! My professor told us to get the 5th edition but I got the 4th edition to save money and it was totally fine- just a couple of differences as far as numbering of graphics.

) I purchased this text for a Mktg class and we've rarely used it. I've read the first three chapters in anticipation of needing to read the book for the class but it hasn't been necessary to read further. From what I've read the book is written in a understandable, straight forward way. The examples in which calculations were performed appear to do an OK job but in all fairness I wasn't required to perform the calculations so I didn't HAVE to learn it.

Book came faster than expected but in poor condition!Hi there!
The book I got from you came very fast, faster than what I expected but in very very poor conditions. I thought that it would look the way it was described, but I was certainly disappointed with the look of the book. Anyway, I paid for it because it was a last-minute purchase I needed to do since my class already started at that time.

The book eventually arrived, but it was after two weeks. Should have checked to see that it was coming from outside the US. Book looks to be fine. However, I e-mailed the seller twice and recieved no communication.

Excellent insight to MarketingI had no prior knowledge of marketing before this book, and Best does an excellent job explaining the subject. At the same time, my interest is kept throughout the reading, which is pretty surprising for it being a textbook.

Slow shipping and poor customer serviceAlthough I paid extra for expedited shipping it took over a week for me to receive the book, which was supposed to be ready to ship from Alabama. Even if they were using the regular postal service it would have taken less than a week because I am in Florida. I sent several e-mails, but nobody got back to me. It is not worth to pay for expedited shipping with this company, and if you need the book right away like in my case you need to look for another provider.
