As a large seller of video games it is not always easy to find the time to play them! At the end of the day my wife and I have time for just one game to play on our Wii, and lately that game has been Mario Party 8.
Playing Mario Party is like playing a board game on your Wii, combined with the fun of hundreds of interactive minigames (think of Shoots 'n Ladders combined with Fusion Frenzy for Xbox) A short game typically takes about an hour to complete, and the competition really heats up when we have parties: four friends can play at once, and everyone really gets into the game!
The best part about Mario Party 8 is the minigames you play after each turn. They are all really cool and creative, and using the Wii remote is super easy for all of the games. (In fact, it seems like the wii remote is more responsive and accurate in this game than other games). Overall, if you are looking for a fun game the whole family can play together, a game for parties, or a fun game to play with your significant other, you can't go wrong with this one. 5 Stars.
