Written by a pro in simple terms for amatures. Book is an excellent refernce for those of us that need to understand and maintain a marine diesel engine with only car engine experience. Some would say the book is 16 years old but the diesel in my sailboat is 29 years old and many of the diagrams and illustrations in this book refer to my engine specifically.

This the bible for marine diesel owners. Written so the non-mechanic can understand, and with some patience you can make your own repairs.
