I tried buying this book twice through half.com and after weeks of waiting I neverr received the book. I was in need of this book weeks before I purchases it. Very frustrating. When I finally purchased this book through ebay.com and I told the seller that I needed it immediately, it was shipped and I received the book within 2-3 days. I trust ebay.com I do not trust half.com. I will never try to purchase books through half.com again. This book was as described and I was happy with my purchase.

the book was in excellent condition like new, no marks or writting on the pages and the hard cover was in excellent condition the shipping method was apropriate

good engineering book, but priceyits an engineering book, so it is written to a niche target of engineers, pricey though... or at least that is how I bought it

) My old design manual had lost its back cover, and I needed to repair it or procure a replacement. I stumbled across this edition while looking for an older edition of the same design manual, and so I bought it.
I am an engineer and I work on aging structures. Old design manulas are usefull in determining period materials and construction.
