man's search for meaning by viktor e. frankl
this is one of the best books i have ever read. once i began, i couldn't put it down. i have purchased a few copies and given them as gifts.
victor frankl's theories have had an incredible influence in psychiatry. i have found this 'introduction to logotherapy' ingenious. frankl's short book has given me more insight than several others combined. in addition, i have a clearer yet, unpainted understanding of what it was like for an individual to live through (or die in) the holocaust. i really believe there is no exaggeration in his story whatsoever
after reading frankl's book, i had a deeper appreciation for the little things in life.
