This is an awesome greusome game. It has some great kill ideas. My daughter loves it! It helps her get out an that pent up teenage aggression. LOL! Just wanted to share that I think it is an awesome game.

I bought the game Manhunt 2 for my grand daughter, who lives in another state,and I am well pleased with the purchase because it has made her happy.She told me she has gotten many happy hours of play so far although there has been a little frustration with parts of the game but over all she is very pleased with it.

I waited to buy the game on ebay because i figured it would not be as good as the first....although this is a good game,it is slighlty easier then the first....2 thing i disliked about the game was the camera angle when running,because it switches to the front of you,and you can't see where you are going,and i hate hate hated,the censored version of the kills,but otherwise a good game with a good storey line,plot and drama.....4 out of 5

i loved the game it gave me hours of bludey,brutle,and vilent fun.i love killer games like manhunt2.it's the perfect killers game i lirnd meaney ways to kill a persen!

The story the dialoge is awesome the executations are great if only they weren't edited. Though you can still tell what happened its just all mixed up with colors. The real problems is the controls and the camera. The controls you can get used to but the camera just sucks....I say if you liked manhunt 1 you will like this just as much its better than the first in someways and vice versa.

As the first one, Manhunt 2 is gore, violent and insane ! I love it, I love to kill brutally ! Am I insane ?! lol

After playing Manhunt, I was eager to play Manhunt 2. I must say that I was a bit disappointed. It was not nearly like the 1st one. The graphics were good. I just doin't think that it was as interesting as Manhunt. After playing for about 40 minutes, I began to get bored. Then played a little more the next day. It is ok but could have been better.

I was excited to hear that Rockstar was coming out with a second game but pretty disappointed they went with a Mature rating rather than an Adult. I know they would sell more in places like Target and Walmart but I feel the scenes were to distorted. It made me not care if I got to the red zone for a more brutal kill because I could not see much. I still played and finished the game but sold it afterwards. When I am in the mood for some real gore, I still pop in the first Manhunt.

Manhunt 2 was a very exciting and intense game to play. Compared to the original Manhunt, the censor got their hands on it and had Rockstar change a few things but overall great gameplay and executions were amazing.

Gameplay: 7.5
The very first time you jump out of the shadows to smash a goon’s head in with a rusty metal pipe to the very last time you suffocate a gang member with a plastic bag the actions in this game just don’t get old no matter how many times you try it. The game’s story will take Daniel Lamb through various locales that require a stealthy hand and a strong stomach.

Graphics: 8.2
While the game has its share of clipping problems, the game’s visual style is just wonderfully demented and fits the game’s theme just right. Even the executions look gritty and insane, like watching an old snuff film on an old film roll.

Sound: 8.0
The creepy atmospheric sounds will not fail to creep any gamer out and listening to Daniel question his sanity as voice from his past fill his ears is just chilling. The voice acting is handled well but be warned that the game is filled with profanity from beginning to end.

Difficulty: Medium
The game is quite unforgiving if you don’t keep stealth in mind and you can’t simply rush out and attack multiple enemies expecting to win. This is a game that rewards stealth executions and keeping in the shadows.

Concept: 7.0
Following Daniel Lamb as he bludgeons, decapitates and suffocates any Project militia or the many psychotics that are hunting him is actually quite enjoyable and even more so when the main protagonist is not quite right in the head. The story is interesting and there is more than one ending. You can also use your PS2 headset to catch your victims’ attention.

Overall: 7.5
While it’s not as utterly disturbing as it was meant to be, Manhunt 2 is a gritty sequel that is still shockingly ultra violent but in a surprisingly good way. Like the original, it’s a mature-minded game that blends stealth action with an almost cartoon-like quality to the murderous mayhem and with an interesting story this is a title gamers will want to see to the very bloody end. It’s a good game; it’s just not as brutal or fresh as the original.

i picked this game up on the 1st, and i was giddy as a schoolgirl.
i recently beat manhunt, about a week and a half before this game came out and i was just itching to dive headfirst into this game, which i was sure would be a worthy successor to the first game.

from the start, the game grabs you by the balls, hurling you into a jailbreak at a mental aslyum. the first things you'll notice differing from the first game are the camera angle (about two steps behind the character, with no way to alter it or look in 1st person) which makes it seem like you're really there in his shoes. the camera shakes too, adding to the psychotic feel of the game. they've also added the ability to block, building on the hand-to-hand fight system. i dont know if the radar is still there like in the first one cuz i felt like going balls to the wall and jumped right into the insane mode.

anywho, the environments are very creepy, with an extreme attention to detail. my favorite so far is the characters old house.. you can almost smell the decay.
AND! they've added new ways to execute, with environmental kills and whatnot. br00tal. anywho, im only on the third scene, so i gotta get back to it.

to sum this up, this game is sick, twisted and fun as all hell. rockstar has once again said 'f*ck you' to the media masses and pushed the boundaries of the 'acceptable' limit of gore & psychological mindf*ckage. if you dont pick this up, you belong in dixmor.
