Great. Informative. Entertaining.

This is a great book that combines the technicality of a brain injury with the ease of reading from a well established author. Cathy's recount of her husband's brain injury is uncanning. She is able to blend hospital terms with great explanations that the lay man can understand without being boring.
This book has an eye-opening account of what truly happens with one person who has suffered a brain injury, how his life is changed as well as the life of his family around him. Cathy balances the seriousness of her husband's accident with a breasiness of writing style. Thankfully this book is not a tear-jerker, just a wake-up call to the many problems that arise after having a brain injury.
I highly recommend this book because it is such an easy read.
This is a great supplemental book for anyone who is wanting to learn more about brain injury or is taking a brain injury class as well as those who have been affected by a brain injury in the family.
