Managing Your Mind is an excellent book that quite literally teaches you how to Train Your Brain to think and feel as it should. Managing Your Mind is useful in repairing broken relationships as it teaches you how to relate better to those around you and listen better to their circumstances. This book is a perfect guide for those people who's thoughts spin out of control in anxiety, worry or depressive thinking.
Doctor's Butler and Hope offer very useful advice for common psychological maladies with clearly written exercises and strategies. Practical Cognative therapies are offered for: Stress, Relationships, Mood Control, Bad Habits, Memory, Decision Making, Mind and Body.
I highly recommend this book to anyone that wants to re-vamp their thinking processes. I imagine the world would be a much better place were everyone to read it and follow its strategies for better mental health.
