Managing for Quality and Performance Excellence by James R. Evans, William M. Lindsay (2007, Package)

I order a book from you, and you send me a wrong book and I really need the book for my class. I order Managing for quality and performance Excellence by James R. Evans, William M. Lindsay (2007, Package)seventh Edition and you send me The Management And Control Of Quality so Please let me know what happen, because i need the book please respond immediatly.

I was scared of this product at first because it is not a U.S. edition and the title is a little different, but the content is the exact same at a great price.

they sell the book under the name of "Managing for Quality and Performance Excellence "but it actually is "The Management and Control of Quality" which is International edition and is not intended for sale in the United States. so I find it misleading when they put up the name and picture of the original book and sell the International edition which you cannot resell later in the U.S.

I Like:
Same page quality and contents except for the exercises at the end of each chapter.

I don't:
Cover page is different that posted image as well as the title.
Because of different exercises, page numbers differ than the US edition after chapter 4.

I bought this book about 1 month ago. I got it fairly quickly and the book was in good condition as described.

When I first bought the book from the seller, I was a bit worried because I live in the U.S. while the seller was in Malaysia. The book was sent as soon as he received the payment via UPS. The seller sent me the tracking number and I received the book within a week. The book was new and also had the unopened CD attached to it.
Very good and trustworthy e-bayer. I shall refer him to more students in the U.S.

The book was delivered on time. It had all the matter as stated and only the cove page varied. This was also conveyed.
I brought the book for my college studies and it saved me money too!
