I didn't have a choice, but even so it's a good textbook. The chapters cover the topics very thoroughly and lots of examples are included. It's broken down very well and generally easy to follow and read. A bit long, but pretty much all textbooks are.

I purchased a used textbook for my wife's Managing Human Resources class. The book was in excellent condition and the seller shipped it promptly.

This was my very purchase as register ebay/half.com user and it was HORRIBLE to say the least. I purchase this book on over a month ago and I still HAVE NOT received my order nor have I gotten a full refund of my money back. So as you can see this experience have been a nightmare from hell!!! I NEVER EVER recommend ordering from this seller, EVER! Not even if he or she is selling something for 1cents!!!

Received book promptly. Advised book was considered "like new", class dropped and have not used so unsure of actual quality.

Everything came as was promised in a reasonable amount of time. Even though the book is the International Addition, it is exactly the same as the US version, except it has a few more case studies.

The book was received exactly as it was described. Delivery was timely and the book arrived in good shape. Thanks for a great experience!

I needed this book for a course I'm taking. The price was much lower than the used price at the schook bookstore. Shipped right away. It was the exact book I needed.

What I received did not have the correct ISBN number !!
What I got was probably an illegal copy made in India !!
I will have to return the book and request for my money back.

Great book, Its the same book as the original, but 1/2 the price! I would like everyone to know that this is a good seller!

Unlike the international version, it comes with all of the chapters and goes in depth into a realistic business world approach. The new version also has Vango notes available for purchase to listen to on your ipod or cds in the car on-the-go. Also, the hardcover is nice and doesn't damage easily. And the ones on ebay or at used bookstores totally beat the new price of $160.00!

The book was brand new, but did not content all the cases as in the USA edition. Just to name a few, discussion cases 1.2, 1.3 of Chap 1 are missing...It would have be nice of you to mention that!

I bought my Managing Human Resources book on-line because it was $156.00 new in out bookstore. I found it on-line for like $86.00. The book came fairly fast. I was really pleased with the turnout on this book.

never received the book and was charged the day of the purchase. my first message was responded a week after and second one was never responded...

this was a smooth transaction and everything stated in the listing was accurate. would do business again.

text book - so that is a bad start but the book is written ona level that everyone shoul dunderstand and using examples from todays world and that provides current insight.
i think that unless a teacher is going to cover ALL the material in this HUGE book, they should find a diffrent text book.

The book was a great price. It was a required book for the class and brand new the book cost over 150 dollars.

This is a very dry textbook. I don't like the fact that each chapter covers about 40 pages of material. I also don't like that it doesn't have a test review at the end of the chapters.

Don't get this book! Ebay never sends it! I have been charged with this book and one other one and even from ordering it over 2 months ago! This is ridiculous!

I love half.com and ebay, but this book transaction has been horrible and has been going on for a month now. I submitted a complaint on sept 18th with half.com because this book was never sent to me. I tried to contact the seller and they never contacted me. They finally sent me an email on oct 5th saying they were going to ship my book. My class started a month ago, I dont need the book. I have since emailed caiman books 2 more times to request a refund and cancel my order. They do not respond ever. I am so pissed with this transaction.

I was/am very disappointed with this purchase. I've never received the merchandise. I made several communication attempts to get information from the seller. The seller never responded, not even once. I've filed a claim and I have not heard anything about the status of my claim. As of today, I am still waiting to be refunded for the full amount that I was charged. I'm disappointed because I needed the book for a college course and I had to pay nearly $200 for the book and shipping fees from the campus bookstore. People do not have money to waste. When you purchase something and expect to receive it, then you should get what you paid for. I really hope that the seller is not allowed to sell on this site in the future. It's really bad business.
