Appropriate to the text - revelant to the informationI brought the book for a class I am taking. I find the book to be an easy read and very informative. The information in the book is current and relevant to the business world today. I can use this book as a reference in my daily work environment to help govern my actions and decision making. It is an excellent book.

I was glad to receive the book because I needed it, but the seller was very deceitful in the condition of the book. The cover had something spilled on it and on the inside cover had orange spots all ove it. This book was listed as "LIKE NEW", not so. Ebay/Half Bay should not allow this to happen, especially when you don't see the true condition until you receive the book.
