The only way to pass a MS exam is to use MS Press books. Third party books are wasting your time. I use these books extensively and have passed the exam on the first time.

) Cheaper than taken expensive classes. Microsoft offer a nice package deal to pass exams. The books are very in depth and explain all you need to know. On to 2008 server after this.

) Covers all the necessary topics that you will need to become a MCSE or MCP or whatever cert you may be going for. My suggestion would be to start with the 70-270 test or A+ and work from there. Just some helpful advise. Microsoft Press does the best job since they are the administrators of the test.
