Managers and the Legal Environment by Constance E. Bagley, Diane Savage (2009, Hardcover)

probelme is it is a international edition, and it indicated not used in US. however I have compared and found there is no difference between this version and the US version.

The book is very informative and gives a lot of case studies and examples. Although some of the topics are kind of dry (it is just the material), the authors do a good job of explaining all of the legal terms into a simpler context. I do not have much of a law background and I understand all of the material without too much of a problem.

bought on friday received on monday. book was paperback not hardcover but thats ok cuz it way cheaper!

I bought "Managers and the Legal Environment - Strategies for the 21st Century" written by Bagley and Savage about 2 weeks ago. I was really impressed by the quality of the book and the fact that the International copy did not vary from the U.S. at all. Th page numbers and exercises are the same and the International copy cost me over $100 less than U.S. copy available at my University's bookstore.I would definitely advise anyone needing this book to by the International copy because it saved me a lot of money.
