I purchased the above item,(jan.09,2009) my credit card was charged for this item.I submitted to the seller for a refund the same day, due to error, and according to seller so did many others due to the item being advertised incorrectly.. I followed all steps as instructed, the seller is no longer a member due to halfcom having removed her,(so she states). I submitted 4-5 emails to halfcom after submitting several to the seller. I have not recieved ONE response from anyone other than the seller. I finally was able to file a claim, and STILL have not heard any thing from anyone. Ive purchased many a items and have never ever had this type of treatment..Ive held off contacting my credit card to dispute because this was not their mistake and not advised via the claim process, BUT, I'm beginning to think this mistake would be handled with much more professionalism and courtesy..Maybe through this review someone will be in contact with me. I can't imagine why someone would live a customer hanging this way.. Again, thank you in advance and I'll be awaiting some type of response to this long overdue situation.
