I made a purchase for this order and waited two weeks to hear that book will not be delivered and a refund will be issued. I know this is about the actual book and not the seller, but I never recieved the book.

angry customer who filed claim, to date, unresolvedi never recieved the product and contacted the seller because of this. the seller never responded, so a claim was filed. to date, the claim is pending/unresolved. hope to recieve a refund b/c book is of no use now that semester is 1/3 of way finished.

I disliked,that I did not recvieve the book within the estimated arrival date. mymain concern was there was no communication to inform me that I would not recieve the book and then I had to file a claim. I prefer not to leave bad feedback but when there is no alternative to recieving a refund it has to happen.

I would classify this is a type of primer for management. It explains the basics of management in the healthcare system and lays down a foundation from which to learn more.
