To whom it may concern! I will never order another book from this site again! It took my money and never sent me my book. I went thought the whole class having to share a book with the person sitting next to me! I am not happy with the service. My Bank is trying to recover my money from Half-Com. I consider your rating poor. I will tell all my friends never to order from this website again.
P.S. When e-mailing the company that I was suppose to get the book from, they refuse to answer my e-mail

So far I've enjoyed reading this book. It is a very easy read. I especially enjoy the real life examples and well known companies used as examples like Toyota, UPS, and several others.

The book was new, still in the packaging. The shipping was quick, arrived bfore the start of my class. The seller dispalyed excellent communication and customer support.

This was my first time ordering and was very pleased with the arrival time in which I received my textbook and the very good condition that it was in.

my bookstore at my university sold this item for $120 and it was a loose sleeve text book that you put in a binder. i bought this version for $37 and it came with a soft cover so i am able to carry it to class without the hassle of a loose sleeve binder book. The book is a international version but that doesn't mean anything. its the same exact text as the united states version, so without a doubt this was a great buy!

I got the book in a timely fashion, no delays. The physical condition of the book was good as described by the ebayer. all pages are present, minimal to no writing on the pages "A"

It was a international book, but works just as good as the original i had to buy!! I saved $150.00 buying it here than at school, and its great to save when books cost sooo much these days.

I have ordered the book more than a month ago and still didn't get it. My class is already half way done but I still don't have the book. If I don't receive it this weak I will report it to the bank.

I needed this book for a university course I'm enrolled in. The local price was over $100. I purchased it on eBay (from India) for $25 plus $20 FedEx shipping. It arrived 3 days later. It has the exact same content as the North American version, including the CDROM. The only difference is the soft cover and the paper quality both of which don't really matter to me. This sort of publication gets updated ever 3 or 4 years (it's currently in its 10th edition) so it will be obselete long before the binding or paper quality become an issue.

I'll certainly consider buying from Asian publishers in the future.
