He said that the book was hardcover and it was not which really makes me angry. The book has a big sign in the front and in the back that says "NOT FOR SALE IN THE UNITED STATES" It is annoying because now people would not want to buy the book from me when I don't have use for it. I hope I never have to buy anything from this seller.

I liked the fact that the seller was willing to refund my money because i didn't find the product to be what i was expecting. Though i had to insist on a refund, which think was agreed to mostly out of fear of a bad review. I would say the service was Average

Good textbook. Well written for adults, but not so advanced the average person can't understand it. The writers did seem to go on a little bit to much on some common sense stuff, but common sense isn't as common as one would like to think anymore, is it? All in all, a solid text.

My classes had started when I needed this book and I was still waiting for it. This was the last book to come in for my college classes. The cost was cheaper compared to the campus cost. Thank you for sending me my book.

I disliked the way I purchased the book. He told me that the book had some highlights RIGHT AFTER I bought the book, even though he told me that it was in good condition. I had to buy it because my classes started the following week.

I bought this so I could save money. I was unhappy at first because the cover of the book was different from the book I needed but the content in it was the same so I am very happy that I got to save money. Also I got the book six days after ordering so that was awesome. Also I messaged the sender because I thought the book was wrong and the sender messaged me back right away so you could tell he cared.
