This seller has a product that is true to its advertising as well as prompt shipping.I had a friend who enjoyed John Wayne Movies and complained that the Movie Channels on TV never played the old classics. I was able to surprise him with John Wayne Movies.

I bought the DVD The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance starring John Wayne for my brother who had worn out his VHS tape. We are both HUGE John Wayne fans this we got from our father. I was very satisfied with the price and timely delivery. When looking for anything in the future I'll definitly check out ebay.

Husband had this on his Christmas list and I couldn't find it in the store because it is an older movie. I was able to get it on ebay and he is just as happy as a lark. I think he will watch it over and over. Thanks.

Wow! This is a fantastic movie! Until recently this was one of the only John Wayne movies i hadnt seen. Having JAmes Stewart in the mix only adds tothe films pull. From the very beginning you are pulled in and you will stay that way until the amazing conclusion. A must for any Stewart or Wayne fan!!!

I bought this because James Stewart was the star, also John Wayne. Very enjoyable and slow at first then strange twist completes this western drama.

The story line was awesome..It was well played by top actors Jimmy Stewart and John Wayne....The ending was awesome!!!!

Solid John Wayne Western. Unique in that most of the movie is medium and close shots. Very few long shots. Dialogue is exceptional. In the BEST John Ford western tradition. If you like western films you'll like this one.

Loved this movie! Law-abiding Stewart is willing to face up to killer Lee Marvin (Liberty Valance) - but knowing he'll be killed, John Wayne secretly kills him, allowing both Stewart and the town to believe Stewart accomplished this. Excellent way to begin the story by bringing in the characters in the beginning for the funeral of their old friend (Wayne) - and within minutes the audience is transported back in time to the story that unfolds. The "legend" in the town is that Stewart (now old and a senator) once killed Liberty Valance - the meanest, ruthless man in town. Once the "real" story is revealed to the town's newspaper editor for the story he's certain he's just got to have, he makes a dynamic statement about leaving a legend "a legend" (leaving the senator's dignity intact and the legend living on). Some things are just best left unspoken.

Once again, one of the better old westerns. Lots of action, great cast of actors including Jimmy Stewart. If you love old westerns, you must have this one for your collection. This is a can't go wrong movie, excellent from beginning to end!

Why I buy from E-Bay--Example #1. I purchased season #8 & #9 of the television series of Seinfeld at Target for $49.00 each, then went on line on E-Bay and bought all seasons #1 through #7 for less than $50. When there is hardly anything to watch on tv now days, the prices on E-Bay let you bring the world of entertainment right to your fingertips. I love it. I bought this old movie called "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance" really cheap for my husband. We both love old classic movies.

liked it as a kid & enjoyed it on my new dvd. predictable yes & a bit campy but who says thats a bad thing? lol any movie with the duke and Jimmy Stewart in it isworth adding to your colection!

it is always good to watch the old actors such as John Wayne and Jimmie. A great addition to anyones collection.

ALWAYS LOVE JIMMY AND JOHN, WHY DID I BUY IT?, BECAUSE MY 26 YEAR OLD FRIEND ALWAYS HAD HEARD THE VINTAGE SONG "The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance" AND WANTED TO FIND OUT WHO THIS MAN WAS THAT SHOT LIBERTY VALANCE AND WHY! IT WAS GREAT!

I was looking for another movie & had bought it when I saw this one, liked the price & knew my hubby was a John Wayne fan so I bought this one too. The seller Preeter is very good with communication during the sale, & I will buy from him again. The other movie I bought was excellent too.

I heard that this was the best old western movie ever made, so I decided to buy it (what better place than Ebay?!). If you like westerns, John Wayne, and Jimmy Stewart this is a great movie. It is not action packed and it may come accross as a bit predictable, but it is great casting with classic John Wayne.

The Dvd that wes ordered is as advertised. The shipping time was fair to poor with no tracking. I would use their services again but only if other sourses are unavailable.

This is an old movie but a really good one. I think it is my son's favorite james Stewart movie. For the John Wayne fan this is a must and I can't imagine that anyone hasn't seen it. Very good all the way around.

I'm a young guy and don't like many Westerns, but The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance is my all-time favorite movie. John Wayne has never been tougher. What do you think of that, PILGRIM!
