really good italian movie. Very erotic and Monica Bellucci is just unbelievably hot!!!! You should definitely pick this up if you are a fan of hers.

I ordered the movie on Netflix and loved it. Tornatore, the director, did an excellent, beautiful, touching portrayal in this coming-of-age film. However, it was the music of Ennio Morricone that took it to another level. Hauntingly beautiful! Had to have it.

I LIKE THE MOVIE VERY MUCH BECAUSE IT DEALS WITH REAL PEOPLE AND REAL SITUATIONS MAINLY BECAUSE OF HOW PEOPLES LIVES ARE SHAPED AND MOLDED BY JUST WORDS AND THAT DETERMINES HOW PEOPLE WILL REACT OR RESPOND SO WE WHO WATCH SUCH A MOVIE AS THIS WILL LEARN A VERY VALUABLE LESSON IN LIFE. LIVE A LIFE OF LOVE AND YOU WIL BE VICTORIOUS IN EVERY AREA OF LIFE.

Movie was good. Good quality & not a copy. Would definetly recommend E-bay seller... I had previous ordered Cinema Paradiso which is an excellent Italian movie with english subtitles. In doing so this movie was recommended as a good movies so I purchase it.Itwas if you like this you may also like Malena so I bought it. If you like Italian movies I recommend buying Johnny Stecchino (toothpick).. A funny movie.

The movie is absolutely funny. It is a movie a lot of people never really heard of but it is a good film to see about a boy's love for this hot older woman. The film is in Italian but it has English subtitles, and if you speak Spanish, it makes it easier to understand. Overall, I enjoyed watching it very much.

Transaction was smooth. The DVD was on backorder so I had to wait a few days but It come in neatly packaged and works fine.

I bought it because I seen this movie once before and I really enjoyed it. It is a very funny but touching movie. I would def recommend watching it.

its a very nice story and having to watch ms belluci its a bonus. this movie its really good and funny , but it will also have you thinking how hipocrecy can be reflected by others in so many ways.

Touching movie, a very nice plot but also very interesting and sometimes very violent and horrifying and you should not let your kids watch it, I think the movie is recommended from 15 years old. Nice costumes but a little bit to violent in some scenes for me, but look at it, and buy it for your collection. A real classic movie...

I bought this DVD movie based on reviews I had read about the story and the sensual performance by Monica Belluci.

I am most disappointed that this DVD has been edited and is not the original Director's Cut.

Furthermore, there is nothing in the description to indicate that this DVD movie had been edited.

Not what is expected in the beginning, but the story gets better with time, over all the movie was average, something to pass the time.

This is one great movie ever made. Very heart breaking, loved, and happy ending story. Monica is such a great actress. She knows how to take audience attention. BREATH TAKING!!!!

I always a fan of Monica Bellucci, and she was sensational in this movie.The movie itself was excellent! if you are a fan of MB, this is a must have DVD.

Do NOT be put off by Italian subtitles; the subtitles are almost invisible - but might well be an excellent opportunity to learn Italian....
Malena is a gorgeous film. Guiseppe Tornatore is a magnificent director. Ennio Morricone is a fabulous composer. Monica Belucci is beyond beautiful. Put them all together in an Italy ravished by the thrust of Facism under Mussolini and you have one hell of a film.
I have watched it over and over and it never fails to offer something new. The cinematography is outstanding.
Just watch Belucci walk through town, never deigning to glance at her many admirers, all to the remarkable music of Morricone. If you can't love this film, your soul may well be dead....

Just for the view of "Bellucci"is worth any male’s time. Like any small town in America when rumors run rapid, there will soon be hell to pay for someone. Like most gossip, very little is true if any. An excellent job was done by "Monica Bellucci" in her roll as Malena; at times you almost felt the pain she was going through. This film had a great part for a boy of 14 or 15, but at 12 years old I'm not buying that bull. This film had some very strong subjects about life in it's self.
