Great reference guide for those that sell on Ebay

I bought this book and refer back to it constantly since I started selling on Ebay. Outlines all of the pesky business details so many people overlook when starting an online business--how to write a business plan, purchasing and managing your inventory, tracking auction activity, efficient shipping methods, and setting up records. More valuable is it helps the ebay seller to evaluate what 'kind' of retailer they are; what type of business they have and how to target their particular customer audience. Also extremely helpful is the pros and cons of the different seller tools offered by ebay. A wonderful resource book, with success stories from the sellers who give their examples of what works for them in a listing, auction, or their store.
