I loved this book because it had so much valuable information jammed into it. I am anxious to begin using it and do not hesitate to try their recipes and methods because they let you know all the ins and outs of processing milk and offer so much safety info about each thing. Thank you for offering a book that makes it possible for a super-novice to try something new with confidence!

making homemade cheesesi like the simple things in life. it's fun making something from scratch. i have a cow that i milk, and it will be fun to use raw milk to make some of the cheeses. price was really affordable,something unusual, you don't come across vry often.
