Excellent Purchase!So many ideas! And they were so correct in that all ingredients are something you'd have at home already...no searching high and low for gourmet items. A definite must-have for anyone who enjoys cooking/entertaining for the masses!

) I first bought this book years ago, but never used it until a year ago when I was pregnant with my second child. I decided to use the recipes to stock up my freezer before my son was born. These recipes are great! I tried the chicken mix and the hamburger mix and made casseroles up with those. Both of those mixes are so tasty that they can be eaten just as the main dish with a couple of sides. They are limited to casseroles! A couple of days ago I tried the chocolate syrup mix and that is the best one that I have tried yet!
This book is great! I highly recommend it to save both time and money in the kitchen!
