Major League Baseball 2K9 (Xbox 360, 2009)

This is by far the best baseball game that I've ever played. The graphics is amazing. The game play is realistic. All the features that you would expect in a baseball game are there. The best feature is that all the major league team rosters are automatically kept in sync with the current rosters. This feature can be turned off if you desire, but if you want realistic rosters, this is very cool.
