Industry Reviews
"You won't find a lot of surprises, and that's the whole point. These are the baked goods you ate when you were a child — at a diner if you were lucky, and at home if you were very lucky."
Epicurious - Irene Sax (01/14/2000)

I owned a bakery and will not ever sell my copy of this wonderful bakery bible. If you are a new baker or an old one you will learn quick how to make great melt in your mouth goodies that stop the pickiest in their tracks! Buy it, it's wonderful. Great illustrations and easy to follow for even beginners.
